Exploring Beloved Takekoma Shrine

Takekoma Shrine, one of Japan’s three major Inari shrines, is affectionately known to locals as “Takekoma-san.” Deeply connected to everyday life as a deity of clothing, food, and shelter, the shrine is beloved by the local community. After paying your respects and strolling through the spacious grounds, enjoy lunch at its long-established, ever-popular ramen shop. At the cafe, you can relax with sweets while taking in views of the lush garden.
