Kanahebisui Shrine

Kanahebisui Shrine enshrines the deities Kanahebi-no-Ōkami and Kanahebi Benzaiten, and is widely revered for blessings in business prosperity, good fortune, and protection from misfortune. Within the grounds, you will find the “Nine-Dragon Wisteria,” said to be over 300 years old, along with peony and Chinese peony gardens. The annual Flower Festival held from April to May adds a splash of vibrant color to springtime in Iwanuma City.
